Patti Baker, M.Ed., LPCC-S

Patti is our resident therapist supervisor and professional development coach.  She hails from a multitude of settings, which allows her a very capable and passionate perspective from which to guide our clinical residents and interns in the practice of diagnosis and treatment in mental health.  She works closely with our team and her supervisees to launch both the budding therapist and their clients’ into a more independent and confident version of themselves.  She is very philosophically aligned with our mission of collaboration and team treatment, so we truly believe her supervisees will gain meaningful experiences and exposure through their mentorship with Patti.

Along with helping supervisees with their career, Patti also takes clients seeking professional development coaching.  While this might include any type of professional looking to enhance their experience in the workplace, Patti’s experience and credentials make her especially qualified to counsel people working in mental health.  Making sure that care-takers engage in self-care is imperative in avoiding burnout, and it makes care-takers more effective care-givers.  We like to call this “therapy for therapists.” Give us a call to inquire about Patti’s supervision and professional development services, 513-257-2409.
