“Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage” - Brene Brown

Life is challenging, and sometimes, we need a professional to walk alongside us in our journey. Beginning therapy as a part of your healing and growth process takes courage. It is my goal to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment in which you can feel safe in telling your story and navigating life’s challenges. I believe that counseling should be collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic in nature, and I incorporate evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices in my work with clients.

I am a recent graduate of Xavier University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my clinical internship, I had the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages struggling with a variety of mental health concerns and life transitions. I find that I work well with young adults through older adults, and I specialize in working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-worth. I am open to integrating clients' spiritual journeys into the counseling process as they desire.

If you believe that therapy is right for you, reach out to me. I am happy to help.
