Samantha Castelli, MA, LPC

Hi there! I’m Sam! I am a recent graduate from Xavier University, receiving my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During my clinical residency, I primarily worked with female adolescents and young adults; however, I am open to working with all ages and couples as well. I specialize in working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship/school/work challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with no judgment.

Life can present us with various challenges, from overwhelming stress and anxiety to relationship difficulties and trauma. Together, we will work towards uncovering your strengths, developing coping strategies, and fostering positive change. My style of therapy is rooted in person-centered therapy, and I frequently integrate other evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.

Therapy looks different for everyone, and I strive to provide a space that fits your specific needs to help you become the best version of yourself! If you feel like we would work well together, and are ready to move forward, I would love the opportunity to support you through your counseling journey!
